Handmade Shoulder Bag with Grommets - "Wendy"

Measures 11” long x 6” wide x 9” deep. Made with a medium dark brown upholstery fabric, has a textured look and feel. The trim is a cotton fabric that has the appearance of suede.

The purse has two deep pockets (measuring 7”) on the outer side of the purse, with a flap closure. The inside is roomy and features eight large pockets, which are perfect size for your cell phone, notepads, or anything you’d like easy access to. This is “the” purse for someone who likes to be organized. And with the six inch gusset, the purse has plenty of room for everything you want to carry. And if you’re like most women, that’s everything but the kitchen sink.

The bag has fleece interfacing giving the bag sturdy, but lightweight shape. The straps are woven through the grommets with a heavy duty snap in the center. Bag can open and stand freely on its own, no sagging purse to sort through. And when you're ready to go, grab the handles and the bag closes easily on its own.

Named this bag “Wendy” because we were at a Wendy’s and I was admiring another customer’s bag and thought, “hmmm…I bet I can make one of those.” I always like a challenge, and I couldn’t wait to get home and try it out. This is my version of that bag.
