Adorable blue/gray/green skirted bummy set with matching headband. This design is limited, as it was used from fabric left from another project. It is made with a lightweight poly rayon skirt and double-brushed polyester pants and waistband. Under the skirt is a navy blue double-brushed polyester panty (bummies).
